A foundation based in Gangotri pried out some of the secrets of Kundalini awakening from a Yogi.

He claimed to have been in meditation since the time of the Chernobyl Incident. He was a nuclear scientist and renounced wordly life.

These secrets were codified and presented as a book by the foundation.

They do not want to knowledge to reach everyone because there are some secrets that may be dangerous for the uninitiated.
